1.1 LuxHID offer a full money back guarantee, minus 10% handling/postage fee, when an item is returned within 7 days of purchase
1.2 Any returned item must be complete, undamaged and include all packaging
1.3 LuxHID reserves the right to refuse a refund where any condition of Returns Policy points 1.1 or 1.2 are not met
1.4 Freight On Returns - the buyer accepts liability for all freight costs incurred in the return of warranty repair or replacement faulty goods or money back guarantee.
