1. WARRANTY
1.1 Manufacturers Warranty:
Brightstar Products - six months
HID Lighting Co. Products - six months
Led Lenser - Limited 3 Year Warranty
Maglites - Limited Lifetime Warranty
2. EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY
Products will be excluded from warranty if:
2.1 The product has been found to be defective after expiry of the warranty period
2.2 The product has been subjected to misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repair, whether by accident or other cause. Such conditions will be determined by LuxHID in its sole unfettered discretion and communicated to the customer without delay.
2.3 Product is damaged beyond repair due to natural disasters, for example, lighting strike, flood, earthquake, etc.
3. REPAIRS

3.1 LuxHID receives the damaged item and RRF Form within the warranty period.
3.2 All claims for incomplete, defective and/or missing accessories or products, must be made within 14 days once merchandise is received.
3.3 Replaced products shall have the benefit of the applicable warranty for the remainder of the applicable warranty period.
3.4 Customer will be notified about the cost to repair the product after examination, under following conditions
- products that are out of warranty,
- products that are subjected to misuse, abuse or unauthorized repair
- product updates, reworks and tests upon request of customers
- product is damaged due to nature disasters such as lighting strike, flood or earthquake.
3.5 Allegedly defective products returned to LuxHID will be carefully tested, if found on examination not to be defective, the products will be returned to the customer. |
